Get to the core of your "powerhouse"

Our goal in mat Pilates class is to strengthen the body’s “powerhouse,” a Pilates term that refers to your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. You will be guided through step by step a series of floor exercises with no equipement, just a mat and towel. Pilates workout helps build, sculpt and tone your muscles, giving your body a long, lean look. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class, with the added bonus of burning fat during and long after class ends.

Over time, your mind becomes trained to stay more focused not only while working out, but also in your everyday life. Those who practice Pilates often reap the benefits not just physically but mentally too, suffering less from anxiety, anger and even depression.

Core Need to know

Bring your own mat if you wish however there is no need as they are provided, you will get hot, so wear clothes that allow you to move easily and stay cool, also we practice pilates barefoot.

You can book a single class or as many as you like in advance. Using our online booking system you’ll only pay for what you use.
